Jeffrey A. Krug, Ph.D.
Dr. Jeffrey A. Krug is Professor of Strategy and holds the Jack & Vada Reynolds Chair in International Business at Loyola University New Orleans, where he teaches strategy and international business. He is also Director of the Center for International Business.
He is author or editor of five books on mergers and acquisitions (M&As), corporate strategy, and international business. His research focuses on top management teams, M&As, post-merger integration, global strategy, and organizational leadership. His articles have appeared in Strategic Management Journal, Harvard Business Review, California Management Review, Journal of Management & Governance, Journal of World Business, and Journal of Business Strategy, among other leading journals.
Krug is a nationally recognized speaker on executive turnover and leadership issues in M&As. He leads seminars on strategy and international business, facilitates strategic planning sessions, and consults on post-merger integration issues. He has worked with more than twenty firms in Europe, Latin America, and the United States.
